The Ahmedabad based dyestuff MetroChem Industries (MIL) has bagged the Start Exporter of the Year Award from the Gujarat Dyestuff Manufacturers Association (GDMA). This award is given for the highest foreign exchange earned by a company from direct export of dyes and dye intermediates manufactured in-house during 1998-99.
