Introduction

MetroChem commenced operations in 1976. Its present production capacity is 17,000 MT per annum. Over the years, the Company has achieved steady growth in productivity, output and employment as well as widened product-mix and applications by end-users worldwide.

Expansion

MetroChem has set up a modern 300,000 sq metres state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at a cost of Rs 100 crore at Umraya (near Baroda). The Unit serves the demand for high-end dyestuff from its R&D efforts. The Company has further integrated all of its manufacturing activities for improved operational efficiency.
